As an additional service for the fixed price FinSysAdvisors can provide both on-site or remote support.
On-site Support
If there is a need for on-site support we can provide it for the fixed price. Before visiting your site our support consultant will conduct a remote site audit in order to get the understanding of your system landscape. For on-site support our standard daily rates are applied.
Remote Support
In addition to on-site support we can also provide you with remote support service. Remote support can be done via Skype, remote desktop connection, citrix or webex.
