User Training

Before the go-live decision, normally two or three weeks prior to it the user training can be conducted by FinSysAdvisors.
The user training can be customized to follow your business processes and procedures.

At the end of the project realization phase there is a go-live decision. Bearing in mind the importance and impact on the business operation of such a decision there are certain requirements that need to be fully met:

Data Reconciliation

Data reconciliation is a necessary process of comparing the data in source and target system. The main purpose of the data reconciliation is to ensure that the reference and transaction data has been converted and migrated correctly.

Data migration is probably one of the most time and resource consuming parts of the financial system implementation project. Hence, it should be planned well in advance with sufficient resources both from IT and finance departments allocated o successfully complete this important task. Not only should the data from the legacy system be extracted, it has to be converted into the format recognizable by the new system, uploaded and reconciled.

Data Migration Specification

Working closely with the customer FinSysAdvisors will identify the differences in functionality between your legacy and target systems in terms of data needs. The comprehensive gap analysis will be performed to identify the potential requirements for data mapping and manipulation. After the gap analysis is finished the data mapping needs to be done to insure that all data from the legacy is properly mapped. The data mapping is a specification of transformation and mapping functions from legacy database schema to the target.
