User Training

Before the go-live decision, normally two or three weeks prior to it the user training can be conducted by FinSysAdvisors.
The user training can be customized to follow your business processes and procedures.
FinSysAdvisors can provide a tailored user training that includes the following modules:

• SunSystems (GL, AP, AR, FA, SOP, CO, Reporting)
• Vision (Exec and XL)
• Collect

We can train a group of users or use train a trainer approach.
At the same time the user training can serve as the user acceptance test. There has to be some form of acceptance criteria against which the final decision to go-live should be made.
The purpose of the user acceptance test (UAT) is to demonstrate to the end users the new system, new functionality, forms and reports. UAT will prove that the software functionality supports the business processes. Users' feedback is a valuable source of information for further system enhancements and adjustments to your business requirements and processes. If system bugs and errors have been found during the user acceptance testing they have to be reported to the project manager.
